The Dragas Companies Announces New Vice President of Business Development 

The Dragas Companies announced that H. Mac Weaver, III, formerly Vice President of CBRE and, most recently, Colliers International, will be joining its new development team as a Vice President of Business Development. Mac is a licensed Realtor and will also serve as a Vice President of Dragas Companies Realty, with a focus on commercial real estate brokerage and acquisitions.

After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2014, Mac entered the commercial real estate field and has served as a strategic advisor to owners and occupiers of office and industrial properties. Since 2014, Mac has negotiated over 300 transactions valued at over $250 million and won multiple commercial real estate awards including CBRE | Hampton Roads Broker of the Year in 2017. 

Mac’s career also includes civic service that reflects the longstanding civic values of The Dragas Companies. He has served various organizations including RiseVB, the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate, the Commercial Real Estate Council of Hampton Roads, and the CBRE Cares Committee.
