Our neighborhoods, Guilford at Spence Crossing and Branford Square, emerged as the top-selling new home communities in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, respectively. These two communities also outperformed any new home communities in Norfolk or Suffolk, a testament to the quality and appeal of our homes.

In the competitive market for new homes under $325,000, The Dragas Companies captured an impressive 95% market share throughout Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. Our dedication to affordability and excellence has made us the go-to choice for homebuyers in this price range. Adding to this success, we celebrated having the top new home agents in Hampton Roads, whose expertise and commitment contributed significantly to our milestones.

This year, we proudly closed out the most affordable new home community in Chesapeake, Branford Square, underscoring our mission to provide exceptional homes at accessible price points. Looking ahead, we are thrilled to announce two new communities set to debut in 2025: Crestfield at Centerville and Grayson Commons. Additionally, our community, Springton at Grassfield, took a significant step forward after passing rezoning at City Council in December. This future community in Chesapeake reflects our ongoing vision for growth and innovation.

As we marked our 56th year in business, we celebrated milestones within our team, including promotions, the retirement of long-tenured employees, and two 25-year anniversaries. A particularly special highlight was honoring our President and Chief Executive Officer, Helen Dragas, on her remarkable 40th anniversary with the company.
