Spence Crossing Open House This Weekend!

Please join us Saturday, July 14 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. for a fun event that includes refreshments at each sales office and the chance to win awesome prizes. Whether you’re a current Spence homeowner or in the market to buy a new home, we invite you to attend our open house. Spence Crossing homeowners will have a chance to meet your neighbors and possibly get some design inspiration from our decorated models, while those shopping for a new home can tour our models and community center to see all of the various floor plans and price points Spence Crossing has to offer! You can also learn more about our homeowner referral program, which encourages you to refer your friends searching for a new home to become a Dragas homeowner. At Spence Crossing, you can be rewarded with 6 months of paid condo fees for becoming neighbors with your family and friends! At the open house, our Dragas team will be giving away a prize basket at each model home, with prizes themed as “Date Night,” “Family Game Night,” “Beach Day” and “Picnic for Two.” Each model you visit will include an entry into the drawing for the basket at that model home, plus refreshments from Taste!
