After the ratification of your purchase agreement, construction will continue on your brand-new home, based on the stage at which you made the purchase. This includes various stages such as foundation, framing, drywall, interior trim and paint, fixtures and appliances, flooring, and landscaping. We offer homes at different construction stages, ranging from move-in ready or in the final stages of completion to those with a timeline of 4+ months, which allows buyers more flexibility to customize their home to their liking. We will provide in-depth explanations, ensuring that you are fully informed about how each aspect of your home operates.
